Returns and Refunds: Due to the living nature of plants, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations and Modifications: If you realize an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are subject to approval at our sole discretion. If we approve your cancellation, we will issue a refund, and you will need to place a new order with the correct species. If your plants have already been grown or prepared, we cannot cancel the order and reserve the right to deny cancellation or modification requests based on order status.
Plant Health and Care: We take pride in providing healthy plants, but we cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery due to varying environmental factors and care practices. Please refer to each plant’s links to information for best practices.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
