POLICY
• When you purchase something directly on our site, that means you agree to pick up the plants in person.
• We do not ship by default (we do not ship via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service). We ship by exception only, on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping cost will be based on order size, space required, and travel time/distance.
• For specialty deliveries (typically for agency/commercial customers) such as large orders, long-distance orders, or deliveries required in a hot time of the year, refrigerated freight will be considered. To qualify, orders must be greater than $4000, as those refrigerated trucks are expensive. Please contact Native Plant Farm for a freight quote based on the ship-to address, distance, truck space, and any required inspections before paying for your order. The shipment cost will be calculated and included on your invoice and paid at the same time as your product order.
HOW TO REQUEST SHIPPING:
- In order to have plants shipped to you, you must contact-us before placing your order.
- Let us know on your message the full list of your order, and where you want it shipped to.
- If we can ship to your locale, we will email you back and send you an invoice that includes shipping.
- We will be in touch to set up a delivery date. You can also contact NPF at 775-291-1977.
NOTES:
We are currently exploring options for accommodating shipping requests in the future. However, we are not yet confident about shipping live, seasonally sensitive plants.
